Hi, everyone. Hope you all had a good week and are staying safe. As you're listening to this, I am actually on vacation,

going up to New York City and then out to the Hamptons. And so I recorded this earlier and got to spend

some time doing a bit more of a deep dive into Potomac this week, which as you all know is my favorite

franchise. But before we get into my chat with Sasha Morpah from the Bravo breakdown,

I wanted to share my thoughts on this week's Real Housewives of New York, of which I have many.

Let's first start with Leah. So I know I was a little bit critical of her

in the first episode when she talked about converting just because she said she was doing it the

right way. She was doing it Orthodox. And that bothered me using that terminology, which I think

is pretty judgmental towards other

Jews, as if if you're not Orthodox, you're not doing it right. And towards other people who

are converting, who maybe aren't converting through Orthodox Judaism, they're doing it right

too. There is no wrong way to be Jewish in my mind. But I was actually pleasantly surprised by Leah in this episode.

And one thing I will say to people online who are saying that she's converting for a storyline and

it's not real, Leah's probably never going to hear you say that. She's never going to see those tweets.

But other people will and other people

who have converted will, and they'll feel that judgment. So I don't think it's helpful to say

things like that and to judge someone taking such a big step. I certainly welcome Leah into this

religion and into this people and our history and appreciated her taking time to talk about how difficult it is to learn Hebrew.

I'm sure, especially as an adult. My gosh, like I remember being five years old learning Hebrew and trying to say, you know? And it's true, it's a very,

very beautiful language, especially for people who speak it fluently and who speak it, it's their
