I want to start this episode off with a thank you. I always do that at the end of the episode but maybe some of you don't always make it that far.

A particular thank you to the many people I heard from over the last couple of weeks

who reached out to me to say that

listening to this show motivated them to vote. I cannot tell you how much that

means to me. It's been an intense week here in the US and around the world, but I want to make sure that this is a place for positivity and joy.

Gaming is a great hobby and what brings us together is a common love of it. I've had some really

dark moments this week wondering how I'd be able to talk about video games but I realized it's okay to still have fun. In fact it's essential and

there are many of you listening or who used to listen who disagree with me and

Christian and our guests sometimes you disagree with me and Christian and our guests sometimes you disagree with us about

games or about our worldview and that's okay we are all family here and often your family disagrees.

But let's all decide right now to love each other

and take care of each other and keep things in perspective. For 90 plus minutes every week, you know that we are going to talk with passion from the heart.

And I hope that's something.
