and always a privilege to spend time with good people that are out there doing good things.

Man it's our honor Chester, this is your second appearance on on leadership.

You've been a friend of Franklin Covey for decades, you and I have an occasion shared

the stage, you are always the headliner and I'm the breakout session, hopefully someday

I'll rise to your level of influence but the reason you wear orange and most of your appearances

is remind our audience why.

Well we wrote a whole series of carrot books, my co-author Adrian Gostick is the brilliant

writer, I gotta give him total props and yes we orange carrots, it's the carrot, people

send me orange socks, they send me carrot bird houses, I have carrot pepper shakers

and I only ever wear orange socks, so yeah it's a happy color, it's my favorite color,
