while standing because it's a little bit more intense of a show obviously like this is like like i can

sit sit on my butt and like lean backwards and and and not think doing this podcast but the lay-round

podcast a little bit different yeah well we we know this for sure uh this podcast can't get any worse

so that that you know that's something standing something, standing desk, no standing desk.

It's not going to get worse than it already is.
