Hey everybody. Welcome back to another Pink Bike podcast. I'm Mike Levy, and for today's show,

0:15.0

I'm sitting down with Joel Harwood, founder, owner, and head coach of Blueprint Athlete Development here in Squamish.

0:23.1

Joel has worked with a bunch of badass people that we're going to talk about, as well as a

0:27.5

whole lot of normal people to make them better riders, racers, athletes through a holistic

0:32.9

approach that combines on-bike techniques, gym work, endurance training, and they also work on

1:33.8

create that space for the people that I work with to invite some of those colleagues to come

1:39.2

join me in this space. And so that's where this kind of facility was born. We wanted an opportunity for athletes to

1:46.9

have strength coaches, skills coaches, physiotherapists, massage therapists, all under one roof. And so here we

1:54.0
