Hello and welcome to a ghost- episode of We Only Look Thin. I am one of your hosts, Donald Weigel, and I have lost about 100 pounds. And with me as always is, Catherine Weigel, I am your wife and I have lost 145 pounds.

And much like another episode recently, we are not doing any work on this episode. Yeah.

We are just taking a little bit of a vacation and we have a ghost-written episode by dear listener Kendra.

Now, just saying something is ghost-written doesn't mean that it's actually written by a ghost.

A g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-ghost?

Which would be super cool if that was the case.

Oh my gosh, that would be so fun if we just had like a magic eight ball that just wrote episodes for us or just told us.

It sure would.

But we recently solicited for tips of the week from listeners, and we got an amazing email from listener Kendra where she gives about a dozen different tips.

So many tips.

And most of which we've never really touched on before.

And we thought it would be really interesting to have a special guest on the episode who wasn't actually on the episode.

Are we going to use different voices or are we just going to use our voices?

Yes.

Okay.

We'll see where it takes us.
