Hey, everybody.

It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women podcast.

And it is the last week of June.

I do not understand why these days are going so fast.

Life really needs to slow down.

But it is on the, we're on the verge of a holiday weekend here in the U.S. 4th of July is coming. It is the last day of the month, which means like

the end of month hustle is on. And today I have got to share with you something like a recording

from a team call. So. We're kind of doing this

totally different. So my podcast today is actually a coach. So it's a team Beach Body coach. Her name is

Carrie Schneider. She is currently ranked number seven in the Team Beach Body Coaching Network. I'm

going to actually do a formal intro. But the reason

that I decided to make this a podcast episode is because what she's about to talk about in this
