What we've started seeing is, you know, in some of our smaller companies, people talk about their favorite therapist.

And people talk about what kind of problems that they want to go to the therapist with.

And managers saying, hey, like, you seem stressed like, do you maybe want to get hurt? with and I think that conversation for me, and I think that conversation for me, and I still can't say that conversation for me,

and I still can't say that I've seen an organization wide,

but that conversation for me is so key because as

somebody who manages people I know that you know when my engineers are feeling their best
