expertly crafted pop records ever to borrow into your brain and make themselves a permanent home.

He's best known as the frontman and

creative force behind the Electric Light Orchestra but in a long and quite

astounding career he's also recorded and or performed with the likes of Tom Petty

George Harrison Roy Orbison,

Del Shannon, Bob Dylan, Paul McCartney, Regina's Bechter, Brian Wilson,

Randy Newman, Olivia Newton John, Ringo Star, The Everly Brothers, Joe Walsh, Brian Adams and Prince.

He's an Ivan Novello Award winner, a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and has a star

on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

And don't forget the Birmingham Walk of Fame.

A few weeks ago he released a brand new album,

from Out of Nowhere, a collection of 10 new songs

that top the UK chart and showed that his enviable way with a tune has in no way deserted

him even after over 50 years in the business of making music. It is our great honor to welcome

the genius that is Jeff Lynn to the show.
