I'm your host, Heather Tesco, and I'm a storyteller who makes history accessible

because I believe it's a pathway to understanding who we are, our place in the universe,

and being more deeply in touch with our own humanity. This is episode 150. I honestly can't believe we hit 150 episodes, you guys. It's super exciting, especially as this show is just about to hit its 11th birthday. And if I had known on that Friday afternoon when I stopped a Best Buy on the way home from work to buy a cheap USB microphone

and spent the weekend teaching myself how to podcast that it would have led to all of the

adventures and wonderful people that I've met over the past few years. I never would

have believed you if you would have told me that. I've interviewed people I've always looked up

to like David Skinner and Alison Weir. We've done TudorCon where I met so many

amazing people and bonded with you all weekend. And of course, don't forget the TudorCon

2021 will be happening in early October 2021. And this year we'll be doing a virtual event. So

stay tuned for information on that. And I've dug deeper into this love I have for

tutor history way more than I ever thought possible. So this is just me saying, thank you for

listening. Thank you for being a part of this awesome community and this awesome trip. Thank you for

your support and being such an amazing group of people. I'm so happy to have met so many

of you in person or online and I hope I get to meet even more of you in the next 11 years

and the next 150, 200 episodes. Who knows, right? And just one more thing. I think it's totally

appropriate to announce this on the 11th birthday
