think has come out of the year 2021 when we talk about things we want to carry forward is that

I have never walked so much in my life. I haven't, you know, because it's one of the only forms

of exercise that any of us could do in the very beginning. And I have carried that forward. And

what I've tried to do in that time is use that as an opportunity to listen to podcast of voices

that I really trust. And I think move me toward hope also. So I've been really selective
