Hey, everybody. It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women Podcast, and it's time for a weekly episode. Gosh, so grateful that you're here. Thank you so much for choosing

the Women Inspiring Women Podcast. I mean, really, there's about a million different podcasts you could choose

from and you're here. And so I feel eternally grateful that you tune in. And if you're new to the

podcast, I just want you to know a little bit about me. I started my business in 2011. So nine years now, I have been running an online business. I have become an

expert in marketing through social media, through growing my online business in the direct

selling space. I partner with a company called Beach Body and I also fell in love with leadership

along the way. And that is something that I actually, I didn't really know that that was truly

a passion of mine. It wasn't until I started to see that I could influence other people,

that I could serve more people if I taught them how to do

what I was already doing, which is basically like duplicating, it is duplicating your success.

And I, in my business, right, when I first signed up with the company in 2011, I was at home

with Landon and Bryce, who are my two boys. They are now

nine and eleven. When I started my business, they were about five months old and two and a half.

So they were itty-bitty babies. I had left my full-time job as the director of early intervention.
