I like the water. It's so hard, though, but FISA and it's, okay. But anyways, I just met you, and you're a new friend. It's really great to meet you and get to know you. Also in the studio is Aaron, of course, and Charlie, Mike, my dog. So we've got a full crew. How are you? It's good to hang. Yeah, I'm good.

I'm running on fumes right now, an hour of sleep. So I don't know if it's adrenaline or I had sugar, coffee. Yeah? Well, I'm glad. Let's do it. Let's keep the adrenaline running. Yeah. I had so much fun talking to you. We met the other night at the comedy store, and was like, let's talk about this stuff because you had like this like interesting perspective on life.

And I've I've gone through like a lot of dealing with sort of addiction and substance abuse type stuff in the last many years of my life.

And it took me so long to even identify my role in it and how

fucked up everyone around it is. And then you were like just going on and on about all kinds

of interesting things. It just, it blows my mind. The only exposure I've had to group is going

to Al-Anon, which confuses the fuck out of me. I have to say, like, the whole thing.
