Today we're talking about some crazy Avengers Doomsday theories. One about how Steve wasn't the only one that messed up. Another one about how there may be a traitor among the Avengers, but also how Captain America Brave New World may have told us how Avengers Doomsday and Avengers Secret Wars will play out. And we also hosted the official Marvel podcast talking about Wonder Man. And we also interviewed Leah Shapiro, who is a casting director in Hollywood. and she talked about the casting process and how actors get cast in Hollywood.

So theory number one, do you know the Avengers Doomsday theory that Steve Rogers isn't the only one that messed up? So we all know that Steve Rogers is back and he had a child when he went to go back to live with Peggy. but he did all of this in a timeline where there's still a variant of himself, still frozen and ice showing he's not supposed to be in that timeline and he's definitely not supposed to be living with Peggy. But we also have to look at the importance of Thor's trailer. It focuses on him praying for the last battle and it also focuses on his daughter. But there's a theory that this is a complete misdirect and that Thor actually messed up just as much as Steve did in Avengers Endgame. So we see an Avengers endgame that Thor talks to his mom the day she's supposed to die, and she realizes that he's not her Thor. So now there's two Thor's in the same timeline, but also Thor decides to tell his mom the story of Thanos and also how he ended up killing him. But when you think about it, by Thor's mom having this knowledge and being visited by future Thor, We don't know if this caused her fate to be different, causing a branch timeline. And we also see that Cap returns Molnir back to Asgard at the end of Avengers endgame, which would also cause Thor to realize Cap could wield Molnir, which also could cause branch timeline. So the theory is the time ice and Avengers end game didn't work as well as we think it did, and Cap wasn't the only one that messed up. The entire mission was wrong because they truly didn't know what time travel could do. Because when you really think about it, in Avengers Infinity War and Avengers Endgame, the Avengers had no idea what the multiverse was. So first, let's go over all the things Steve did wrong. Yes. Okay. In Avengers Endgame, he goes back to live with Peggy. First thing he did wrong.

Okay, we already know that there's a cap frozen and ice there. And now that he has a child, it shows he did even more wrong and he stayed there for at least nine months. Minimum. Right. Because in Endgame, if I'm not mistaken, doesn't Bruce Banner say like even if you touch a blade, a grass incorrectly, it could have ripple effects. Well, it seems like in Avengers

2:02.7

endgame, they didn't really even know for sure. say like even if you touch a blade a grass incorrectly it could have ripple effects well it seems

2:02.0

like in avengers endgame they didn't really even know for sure how time travel worked right

2:06.8

some of them thought it was like back to the future some of them were like no it's not like back to

2:10.0

the future right so it almost shows that they have really don't know for sure how well time travel

2:15.3

works right they just knew they desperately needed it yeah what. What's also really interesting is, okay, so in end game, when Cap goes on the mission to return the stones, right, we see that they're waiting for him to come back through the quantum tunnel, right? Showing he came back at a different point in time because we see that old man Cap is there. Right. So he must have come back somehow.

2:35.0

Right. And we know that he left with PIM particles, okay, in his suit. So that means he came back at a different point in time and he's just been there. Right. So it shows that he didn't finish the mission correctly already. Just by him not coming back to the quantum tunnel. That's a good point. discussed this before, but it's a direct callback to when Tony literally tells Cap, when you mess with time, it tends to mess back. We already

2:55.5

see that Cap is messing with time. Okay, I think we don't realize how much it was right in front

3:00.9

of us this entire time. That Cap already messed up the mission. Yeah, I think because endgame ends

3:06.2

so hopeful, Tony Stark makes this big sacrifice.

3:09.1

The heroes are distraught yet hopeful for like a better future

3:11.9

because they destroyed Thanos, right?

3:13.2

But since it's on such a hopeful ending, right?

3:16.1

Yeah.

3:16.3

Like a send-off to these characters, you think like,

3:18.3

oh, the heroes must have won.

3:19.6

They did the right thing.

3:20.5

Right.

3:20.9

But if you really look at what happened,
