Summary

Episode 148 of The Independent Characters sees us focusing on The Gathering Storm 1: Fall of Cadia.

Before we dive into one of the latest releases by Games Workshop, we jump into Hobby Progress and Adan gives an overview of his experience at the Las Vegas Open last weekend.

We then jump into the story of Fall of Cadia and how it compares to the original start of the 13th Black Crusade, the Eye of Terror Campaign. We then go into the details of the story, the characters and the ultimate resolution. Afterwards we provide our thoughts around where this is leading for 40k and what our opinion of the book is.

But so they're there and the thing is, you know, I paid a little bit money to have them restored because

They've clearly declined in activity we talked about this and I think Facebook groups have kind of taken over all the where a of forums were, which I don't think are actually a great reference because you can't like go back to find.

But it is what it is. We are not going to be at least we have no plans to start a Facebook group for the independent characters. I think there's just plenty of groups out there as it is.
