To be fair-- most people spend some time in that place of collecting personal growth ideas and tools and doing nothing with them. But...are you living there? This episode will help you see if you’re doing this, let you know you’re normal, as well as what personal development actually looks like. 1:04.3	And this is spring break for probably a lot of you as well as myself.
1:12.7	Actually, as I'm recording this in spring break because I'm recording this a few days before it actually airs. And it's been really great so far.
1:18.6	My kids are awesome. I feel like we've really kind of turned a corner. They're seven and nine now,
1:22.8	so they can take care of themselves and I can get a little bit of work done and the weather's
1:26.4	been really amazing. And the kind of, like a lot of really great things, but the kind of crappy thing.
1:33.4	And I really debated whether or not I was going to talk about this or not. And I'm like,
1:37.1	oh, God, people are probably so tired of hearing about this. But then on the other hand,
1:40.7	I think that it can be helpful for some. And to be honest, this is just real life
1:47.9	stuff. And I made a commitment to myself and to all of you a long time ago that I would never be
1:54.2	one of those people who creates an audience and then only talks about the really great, fun, glittery stuff that's going on
2:03.2	in my life because I don't think that's helpful for people.
