I am, I'm a little poorly soldier, but I have been bravely fighting off the man flu.

Oh, and how are you today?

I'm all right, actually, actually what, I was actually quite glad to be ill in a funny old way.

I went to Harrogate Park run on a Saturday morning and I fancied a bit of it hit out, so I really

went for it and I blew up after about 2K and struggled in and felt horrendous and I was really

disappointed but within 10 minutes of finishing I felt horrendous and I couldn't even run home

at to walk all the way home and I was in bed by the end of the day with a terrible

flu and chest pains and felt horrendous. So at least it gave me a reason for not running so

well on Saturday. However, I did mean, we did mean we missed Johnny winning the World Champs live and had to catch up on it the next day because I was in bed.

Oh dear, was your wife looking after you? Did she bring you hot milky drinks and things like that. Yeah, she was good.

She looked after me, so that was nice.

But it was difficult avoiding the result of the triathlon of course all day because it wasn't shown

on BBC 2 until half two in the afternoon so

phones were off Facebook was off Twitter was off everything was off until then
