Yeah, you know, I just, I've been following kind of the ongoing dialogue with strength

and within like kind of the endurance world and like

where that fits and it seems like there's kind of two camps there but i think that the evidence is

getting a little more compelling for some form of strength work with with that sort of stuff so it

and it's hard to say which one I fall into. I mean, I'm a weightlifting coach primarily,
