| 0:26.1 | We've been missing, so we're going to cover all of those. |
| 0:28.3 | First things first, let's talk about the salary cap. |
| 0:31.5 | Where do we sit with the salary cap? |
| 0:32.9 | Obviously, our number is shrink. |
| 0:35.9 | Yeah, we had upwards of $ 50 million going into the free agency period and then |
| 0:43.9 | with the additions that they've that they've added and then the the players that they've cut since then |
| 0:49.9 | they're still sitting around 25 million in cap space, but actually I'm sorry, around 35 million in |
| 0:58.1 | cap space, but then you add in, you know, about 11 million for the draft class. |
| 1:04.4 | It takes it down to 25 and then you you want that about $10 million to have workable income during the season. |
| 1:13.2 | So 10 million is a rough number that most people put on that. |
| 1:17.1 | So that leaves them with about $15 million in available funds to still spend in free agency. |
| 1:23.7 | And that can go a far away, which is why I don't think they're necessarily done in free agency. |
| 1:29.0 | I think they're going to add five or six more guys potentially, but they're going to be lower-end |
| 1:34.6 | guys. They could be undrafted free agents at this point as well, but there's still some room to |
| 1:40.8 | maneuver, but, you know, last last year bobquin kept an 18 million dollar |
| 1:46.0 | cushion going into the season so maybe tens a little conservative but in years prior in that 7 to 10 |
