Hello and welcome to a dance-tastic episode of We Only Look Thin. I am one of your hosts, Donald Weigel, and I have lost about 100 pounds. And next to me, as always is, Catherine Weigel. I'm in my pajamas. I have 172 steps today, but I have lost 145 pounds. Welcome to
