How goes it?

You know, I don't know if I told you this, but I'm actually recording this from my childhood bedroom.

Whoa. I know.

It's a little odd. We had to move into my mom's house for probably a few months because we are

renovating our home. During COVID, I actually, I didn't from my childhood bedroom was actually

my sister's childhood bedroom, but I actually did record a few podcasts from there.

And it's weird. It's a weird experience. It's a weird experience. It doesn't look like it looked

when I lived here, which was many, many moons ago. So, you know, my mom's taking it over.

She's got a really, I don't know if I ever told you, she lives in a beautiful mid-century modern Eichler home. Eichler was a disciple of Frank Lloyd Wright, a mid-century California

architect, Joseph Eichler. And so it's a really great space to be displaced in because it's all glass,

it's all atrium, there's tons of light. It's very, very California living in that way. But it's still

displacement, you know, it's very comfortable. She cooks for me.

I feel very taken care of. But the commute to school, Taniko's school is a lot longer. So anyway,

I'm glad I wasn't late for this because we have a really important guest and one of the sort of

biggest guests we've had in a long, long time. And I'd like to, without further ado, to introduce him.
