Interminton Fasting for Life podcast. How are you doing today, Sherry?

0:57.4

I'm doing great. Guess what? What? The day that this comes out, it's April 1st. I saw that. We are not going to give y'all any April Fool's. I hate April Fool's

jokes. Do you like them or hate them? You hate them? I don't like them. I don't like them at all.

1:08.6

Yeah. Not even a little bit. Nope. I don't know. I feel like usually they're often like stressful things. Right. Like you do things or say things to people that stress them out and why would you make somebody stressed out? Yeah. All right. Well, let's dive right into a celebration from Jenny in Portland, Oregon. She said, I'm writing in to share my celebration and maybe a little bit of my why. I started IF in October of 2023. I am 5'7 and I weighed in at 2003 pounds. I was also diagnosed as pre-diabetic and placed on medication for

be prouder of myself. Thank you for educating and inspiring us every week. Your podcast has definitely

2:23.6

helped keep me motivated and inspired. Well, that is fantastic, Jenny, and I know that it's hard

2:41.3

But when it inspires you to not follow the same route, you know, you've got the same genetics as your family members.

2:44.7

And it's a wake-up call of wanting to do something different.

2:46.6

When we know better, we can do better.

2:49.3

So now we have a question from a listener. The question is from TIF from Ohio. She says, first of all,

2:53.6

thank you for your informative podcast. It has inspired me to be a grown-up eater, and I'm grateful.

2:59.7

She said, I'm 61 and 5 foot 3. I started intermittent fasting for the second time in February of 2025.
