. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Hey, I'm Steph, and this is not today. Hello and welcome. Starting out with a bit of technical difficulties today, always

fun, especially when all you have to do is unplug and replug in a few things but before you get there you try like 50 other

things to make it work because you're like oh it couldn't possibly be that simple

to just unplug and replug everything, but then it is. Anyway, other than the technical

difficulties, I am highly caffeinated, and if you like that, I hope you are too.

I on the other hand am not usually a caffeine queen. I don't handle

caffeine very well. I drink coffee every once in a while because I do like it, but then I am like oh God why does it feel like my heart is going to explode and then I'm like oh yeah I had coffee this morning I do wish that I was a person that could handle caffeine a little bit better. I had a stronger

tolerance to caffeine, if you will. But also I do feel good about not having a caffeine headache

when I don't drink coffee because I have

experienced those and I can say with complete confidence that those are ass.

So I'll take what I can get I suppose. But anyway I did realize the last two episodes I forgot to update you guys that Alex is fine. I

had an episode recently where I was like, oh yeah, Alex is in the emergency room.

He might have a pendicitis.

And then I just never said anything about it ever again.
