I am your host, Mike Hall, with me today is Alice and Marsh hello in a different order just you know because we can well we're in a different order but I'm in no way surprised by that

that's good do you put Alice first because it was International Women's Day,

because it was International Women's Day yesterday,

which means I think we don't have to care about women anymore.

Is that how and how that works?

It's like, it's kind of like, you know Christmas comes and goes and there's a big

buildup to it I was like oh I can't wait for International Women's Day and then it's gone

and it's like well don't have to think about this now you've got that kind of like

come down afterwards did you see Richard Richard Herring on Twitter doing his thing?

He's done this in the last couple years of every time because there's a thing that people

do when it's International Women's days they show up on Twitter and go, oh well when's International Women's Day is they show up on to it and go, oh well,

when's International Men's Day? Because, you know, obviously we don't get one and that's not

sexist at all and it's not. But there actually is an international men's day.

The thing is that my problem with it is it's November 19th.

Yes.

Because they really missed a trick because if they put international men's day at the height of summer,

they could have had a deer that was 30% longer than the women's deer,

which would have been fantastic, which we were doing fantastic.

Intustra women's day is only 70% as much as a man's day.
