Professor Weigel, when we just have PhDs in fitness and health, it seems your dad has actually

got a PhD. Yeah, I know, I know. Thank you, Professor Weigel.

Yes, our PhDs are not actually real.

But why don't you tell people who you actually are?

I am actually, Catherine Weigel, and I've lost about 145 pounds.

Yeah.

And yeah, that's what I've done.

Nothing else.

That is amazing.

Man, I don't know. I've had two and a half cups of coffee, and by two and a half cups of coffee, I mean two cups of coffee plus two shots of espresso also in that.

I have never taken Viverin.

I was so afraid of getting addicted to things when I was growing up that I just like didn't do it.

I didn't start drinking until I was 24.
