tonight we have another serial killer this time from England well Scotland I suppose

He preyed on homeless young men offering them a bed for the night, but then brutally strangled, drowned, and he

wanked himself when they were dead.

He was nicknamed the British Geoffrey Dama, but he was also known as the Muswell Hill murderer and the kindly killer.

This is the story of Dennis Nilsen, and a big shout out to Truman who suggested the case. Now my references tonight, Paul Sutherland from the True Crime Enthusiast podcast. If you haven't heard Paul's podcast you should give it a try.

Okay, so many of you may already know of Nielsen, some of you are from the mini-series called

Des, which for the life of me I couldn't find a watch online without signing up to some

subscription thingo in the US. Anyway on the 30th of December 1978 at age 23

Nielsen would meet up with a very young guy who he thought was about

17 years old at the Crickle Wood Arms Pub. Actually he was just the boy of 14 years. What would happen that night and the next day

would change the course of Nielsen's life forever.

Now, Dennis Andrew Nielsen, or Des Des as he was known was born on the 23rd of October

November sorry 1945 at Fraserburg Aberdeenshire Scotland, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
