So joining me this week, Henry Quinney, we have of course the BFG of PBR, Mr Big Daddy Ben Cathrow, and Sleeper Co-head honcho Max Rendell.

Now Max, who runs Sleeper with Glenn Thompson, are the guys that have been

tasked with bringing PBR to life, but they're also behind a lot of Ben's videos, such as Walk the

Talk and How to Bike. But he's not just a dab hand at the old point in shoot. He's also an

accomplished ride himself, and has honed his bike skills back with his childhood friend and world famous free rider and pilot.

We've just wrapped up VDS. Now, Ben, as ever, can you tell me what the fuck just happened?

We just rode the hardest track of my career, my life.

It was horrible and wonderful in equal measures.

Now, not to, just to people can understand, like, you look at MSA, you look at Valdasol,

both enormously physical.

Oh yeah.

But what is it that makes Valdasol just so hard to race?
