Hey, you guys, welcome back. So today is a really big day. And if you saw on, you might

have seen on my social media or my Facebook group that last week we hit a million

downloads. And I can't, I can't begin to describe the feelings that I have about this. There's like, there's elation and there's joy and

there's pride and all of those things and there is so much humility. I am so humbled at the fact

that you guys tune in and listen to me every week and that you have for the last couple of years.

And that so many of you do, that enough of you do that a million downloads.

It's insane.

And it's really humbling.

And I just want to say that so often in life right we compare

ourselves to we like we compare ourselves at the beginning of something to someone else at the

end or the middle let's hope it's not the end or or, you know, in the middle or sort of, you know,

with some time in the process. And so I just kind of wanted to go over and let you know a bit of

this journey, what the journey has really been like for me in building my business and building

this podcast in particular because I think

it's really important that you see that you guys you know sort of this is like a little bit of a

peek behind the curtain over the last 13 years and so you know when I, I think many of you know, I was a stay-at-home
