The rule of law is not just some lawyer's turn of phrase.

It is the very foundation of our democracy.

The essence of the rule of law is that like cases are treated alike, that there

are not be one rule for Democrats and another for Republicans, one rule for the

powerful, another for the powerless, one rule for the rich, and another for the poor,

or different rules depending upon one's race or ethnicity.

To serve as attorney general at this critical time is the calling I am honored and eager to answer.

At last, we just plead the fifth the whole time, which may yet come to come to occur. But we

also have more sanctions in a filing in the Ruby Freeman Shea Moss defamation case against Rudy

as he served also with a lawsuit from Hunter Biden, a partial summary judgment in the New

York Attorney General's case against the Trump organization with that trial now underway.

And the evidence-free impeachment hearing that shockingly enough blew up in James Comer
