Hey everybody, it is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women podcast, and I am

pumped to be back on this Tuesday morning sharing with you a really awesome episode that has a ton

of perspective for you guys here today. So, oh my gosh, it is officially, So on the 13th of April, marked one month that the

Metro family started quarantine that kids have been out of school. They officially announced

last week that the kids weren't actually going back to school. So it's been a little wild,

a little bit crazy here. But we're really adjusting to a new

normal. And so this past weekend, I had an aha moment. And I'm going to share this aha moment with you.

It's something that I actually recorded live. I did it on my Instagram. And I decided, gosh, this would make an awesome podcast episode. And so I took

the recording from that and turned it into this week's episode. And I hope you love it. And I give you

some prompts in there for writing. I give you some prompts in there for leadership and how to

lead and who you want to be. I also

give you some tough love because you know me, I am always going to bring the tough love.
