Would you bow your heads and join me in a word of prayer. Lord, thank you so much for this day.

Lord, whether we're tuning in online or here in person, Lord, would you just speak to us?

Would you give us that focus that only you can, Lord, and take away any drowsiness, Lord may be in our bodies that we may be alert and

ready to hear what you have for us this morning in this beautiful book of

Revelation we thank you so much you would pastor JD Lord give him the strength

to do what you called him to do.

In Jesus, they were praying. Amen. Amen and amen. Good morning. You can be seated. Thank you. Glad

you're here. Those of you online, we're glad that you're joining with us as well as i'm sure you know we are

making our way through the amazing book of revelation and our trek through the bible book by book

chapter by chapter verse by verse will finish chapter seven today lord willing and our text will be verses 9 through 17 so

I'll ask you to stand if you're able if not where you seated is fine just follow along as I read

John inspired by the Holy Spirit continues to write that which he is seeing.

Jesus tells him to write therefore and then he shows John in this revelation, not a dream,

he's seeing this in heaven. He was taken up to heaven in chapter 4 verse 1.

And he's been there ever since, which is where we're going to be when we have our chapter 4,

verse 1. So now he's going to describe as he continues on in

verse nine. He says after this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that

no one could count from every nation, tribe, people, and language

standing before the throne and in front of the land. They were wearing white robes

and were holding palm branches in their hands, the palm branch, a symbol of victory.

And they cried out, verse 10, in a loud voice,

Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne and to the Lamb.
