Hey everybody, welcome to you were born for this podcast with Father John Ricardo.

That's me. I'm Father John. I am the executive director at Acts 29, what we talk about

anything and everything having to do with transformation in the church. I'm here with Mellow Mary.

I know. You are like comatose. Wow. I just told Father John, I needed some gas in my

tank. So full disclosure, we've been living in the air for the last set of days. And this is the

second day that we've been home. And I just feel like I'm recalibrating. And so I'm a little

quiet. So I'm asked with the Holy Spirit.

If you feel like sharp pinches, it's the jab of my caffeine needle that I'm poking you with.

So I'm asking the spirit to send some fire in me. Oh, I know you got a lot of fire in you.

So actually we want to talk about what we just had a chance to witness right and and give an

encouragement and perhaps an exhortation to all our brothers and sisters who were joining

with us today so what's our topic yeah we do um so our topic today is do you want to be healed

yeah and i would i would suggest that's for you and me too, Father John. Like, like, do we

you implying that I'm not perfect?

Why you have a lot of nerve? No, so before we press into this massive topic, why don't we just

open with prayer, Father? In the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Father, we just thank you for the gift of your son who has come to bind the strong man

and to defeat the powers of sin and death and to not just give us the hope of abundant life

in the future, but actually begin to actualize that in our lives right now.

Lord, help us to know that there is more even now today for each of us.

And we just ask for your Holy Spirit to break into our minds, our hearts, our bodies, and to bring restoration wherever

you alone can see they most need it. So we just entrust this time to you right now. May our
