Before we transition now into questions and answers, I want us to engage our guardian angel.

Now, some of you have done this with me before.

It's one of my favorite meditations.

When we did it in South Africa, it actually touched a lot of people.

So we're going to do it again and don't worry about how you feel or what's going to happen.

The main thing is your intention, that you're intending to encounter your angel.

So just settle it in your heart right now

that I am going to encounter my angel.

I want to.

And I'm powerful to do this.

So we're just going to settle again into our meditation pose

because remember meditation is consciousness shift technology.

It moves you from beta waves into alpha, theta, gamma,

epsilon waves. And as you breathe and focus on breath and sitting on your chair, you put your feet on the floor,

you decide for this five minutes, we're just going to let go of anything else except this moment in our angel.

Right now, we want more than knowledge.

We want to experience our family in Christ.

So breathing in love.

Now take a deep breath.

And you are breathing in Ruach Hakodesh.

You are breathing in love. Breathingh. You are breathing in love.

Breathing out, let go of all your insecurity because you're perfect.
