Hello, Dashel. Wow, what an introduction that was. Thank you. You know, I'm really working on it every week. I have seven whole days. So as soon as this is done, I will begin working on next weeks.

You know, we've got quite an episode today, Mark Paul.

This was referenced in the quiz from the first episode of the podcast all the way back when.

When I asked you to complete the line, Zach Morris is the blonde blank.

And you knew it.

Yeah, I did.

But I have a question for you, Dashel.

What makes this an iconic

episode? Because it's funny, I just watched this this morning for the very first time.

And when we spoke about this episode last week prior to me watching it, you said, oh, well, it's an iconic episode. Why that label for

this episode? Yeah, that's a good question. I found myself asking myself watching it. Like, why did I

jump to it? I think one of the reasons is just, it kind of does so many of the saved by the bell

things. It works on this like, oh, there's a dance at school,

but there's also almost like a quasi, not quite supernatural, but like comic booky, like brainwashing

kind of thing. And there's not quite a fantasy, but there's, it like, it does all these,

like, heightened, saved by the bell things, cartoony visuals. And it's just kind of like the full

package of, especially the first

season of Save by the Bell. And it advances the Zach and Kelly plot to an extent, which is

kind of the main, I think only real, real story that follows through the whole time.

Well, I wouldn't call it an advancement. And we'll get to that as we as we watch this episode together. But I really did not

see an advancement between Zach and Kelly. I, you know, they'd say two steps forward, one step
