0:23.9	It's been a while since we've done one of these, but I shot him a text a while back,
0:28.7	and we're coming up on three years of being here in Mobile, your transition from South Carolina
0:35.4	to Mobile.
0:36.6	And so I just wanted to, I thought it would be fun.
0:39.2	I thought it would be interesting to sort of jump in and just sort of talk before that three
0:44.1	years. Before we get into it, the three-year reunion is happening. The dates are slipping my mind.
0:50.2	I think it's the fifth and six, maybe June, five and six. First weekend of June. It's Thursday and Friday.
0:54.7	That's correct.
0:55.4	Yeah.

1:07.8	But I just wanted to talk to him today a little bit about this three-year process and
1:13.4	his journey and what he's sensing and what he's feeling. And so we'll just jump right in.
1:19.5	If that's all right, with you sure. Absolutely, man. First question I have, and some of these
1:24.9	are about this three-year process and more loaded in some ways.
1:29.3	But three years in, what have you learned?
1:33.6	Oh, man.
1:34.9	Well, I've learned the power of culture to host presence and the power of presence to change people's lives and to watch people
1:48.4	that came with us three years ago or been with us two years or however long it may be
1:53.4	how with this is the repetitity at which things have happened has been really stunning.
2:05.9	Because, you know, establishing culture is a long path, obviously.
