Hey, gals. A few years ago when I moved to Charleston, I was just sort of figuring life out and learning how to have some kids at home and also do business and do ministry.

And I needed babysitters. I needed people to help with my kids. And I met this young college gal who seemed to have her hands full, but still had a little bit of time to babysit.

And her name was Emily Hoisington.

She babysat for me a few times.

And I could tell just from our brief interactions, she had purpose in her steps, that she knew where she was going, that God was guiding her, and that she was an obedient follower, that she was going to go wherever he asked her to go and do whatever he asked

her to do. Since then, it's been my joy to watch the nonprofit that she started grow. It's called

Charleston Hope, and it is making a huge, huge impact in our city and in the kingdom of God.

I've gotten to hear her teach and I've gotten to watch her lead and it has been beautiful.

You are going to be so blessed by this episode.
