Literally 12 hours maybe after you'd finished recording the main podcast. Typical.

Yes. At least I sent the press release through, which is more than Renault usually do. Ah. Because we usually get theirs in French. I was going to say, do Renault normally send theirs in French? Yes. Then you get a load of French spam to go with it. Oh, yeah, that's great. We love that. So basically, yeah, it is Sorokin, but Cubitsa is going to be the reserve driver for next season.

Yeah, Sorokin, not really a surprise. I think everyone's known about that for weeks.

They just have taken a long time to get around to telling us about that.

Kubitsa, that's slightly newer news, I think. That's only really come out in the last

week or so. Yeah, because it looked up to around about end of the first week of this month

that it was going to be Deresta keeping his job. All of a sudden, Deresta turns up in the

Formula E rookie test. And also in United Auto Sports other car.

And of course he's doing the season with the DTM season, with Mercedes with it being their last one.

Another thing that he said in his interview was he's known since mid-December that he was out of the running, and they're claiming that he said it's all down to money.
