The rule of law is not just some lawyer's turn of phrase. It is the very foundation of our democracy.

The essence of the rule of law is that like cases are treated alike.

That there not be one rule for Democrats and another for Republicans, one rule for the powerful, another for the powerless, one rule for the rich, and another for the poor, or different rules depending upon one's race or ethnicity.

To serve as attorney general at this critical time is a calling I am honored and eager to answer.

Mark Meadows lost his bid to remove his case to federal court. Cheesebrows lost his motion this ever from Sydney Powell and Judge McBernie has released the Fulton County special grand jury report.

Yeah, with no opposition, very interesting. We also have a Senate GOP report that admits they have no evidence of Biden corruption, despite, I think McCarthy opening an impeachment inquiry today.

We have potential plea talks for indicted Republican Congressman George Santos, maybe plea talks, but we aren't sure, but we'll talk about that.

He lost his motion to remove his case in federal court. And since then, he has asked for an emergency stay pending appeal to the 11th circuit.

And this is bad news for meadows, but it's also bad news for Donald and the others who want to remove this to federal court.

We know that Clark, Jeffrey Clark, wants to remove some of the fraudulent electors, want to remove the federal court.

And Trump filed something that doesn't exist in the law with the court saying, hey guys, I might file to remove my case to federal court.

He called me maybe motion, right?
