This really does seem to be something that new investors are really worried about and

I don't really understand why because there are buyers everywhere.

So let's just assume that you're going to start off and become a wholesaler.

You're going to flip contracts.

That means you're going to get it under contract with a homeowner.

And then you're going to sell that contract or that property to a rehab or a landlord.

And then they're going to step in and actually close on the money and you're going to make

the money in between.
