Today I figured I'd do this episode on a walk with Mike and talk about a couple things

that I've been promising to talk about which one is everybody's been hitting me up about

Ranger School kind of the application of you know Ranger School and how it applies to

people's lives and mindset, physical abilities, etc.

Look my thing is especially when it comes to things that deal with mindset is you don't

necessarily have to experience the stuff to get the benefit.

If you listen to somebody's experience that's why I love podcasts and book books.

You could actually get and learn a lot of great things and skill sets and mindset and

apply that to your everyday life.

Your EDL can be truly positively affected.

You just don't have to go lose 30 pounds and then potentially be a no go in order to

get the benefit.

Also today I wanted to talk about this tactical post that I did recently and of course

this hurricane Dorian which is due to hit the east coast hit Florida on sunny evening,

Monday morning potentially at a cat four which is over 130 miles per hour which is a big

hurricane which could do a lot of devastation to the east coast.

So first of all let's kick it off of this tactical conversation I've been talking about.

I actually just did a post on my personal Instagram at mic.a.glover and the recent

post was talking about the tactical industry and kind of it's effects of the liability

and what it does to people and is that something that we're accepting now as a society?
