Ladies and gentlemen, here we go for the week, but before we dive into the episode, let's

chat about one of my favorite topics.

You guys ready for this?

Snacking.

Yes, I have found throughout the course of my life when it comes to actually doing the

work in the gym.

That's not the issue for me.

I, God, this is pissed me off for a long time.

I will almost always come off the rails when it comes to food.

I can eat super healthy and even when I eat super healthy, I have a desire for a delicious

treat at some point throughout the day.

And actually, ever since I was young, I have been falling back on cereal.

Now my kids, they love cereal too.

And when they come to visit, I let them pick whatever they want when it comes to the cereal

aisle.

And they usually come back with something with like a leprechaun on it or a two can, very

colorful, like colors that don't appear in nature.

And I never tell them no because what I end up doing is when they're asleep, I'm eating

most of their cereal.

Serial has been one of my go-to's for the longest time.

And if you read the ingredients on any of those cereal boxes, holy cow, it is sugar wrapped

in carbs, fried in liquid sugar.
