The Hello and welcome to Yoga Download. My name is Pradeep and two are my wonderful friends and we're going to practice this wonderful class called sweat, sweat and sweat.

What as more you want than that? Sweat, sweat, sweat. All right, so we start the class on standing top of the mat with big toes together
