This is a patient that we saw maybe three or four years ago now

that's really stuck in my head.

You know how some patients stick in your head,

So hopefully we get there before you do. Let's start out in primary care clinic. This patient

comes to primary care clinic and the nurse comes and tells you that this 65-year-old man

who you're treating for hypertension comes in because of itching for six

weeks. And she says, this poor guy says it's just been intolerable for the last two weeks.
