Hi, alright so for the next short series we're going to talk about how to find buyer.

Now these are people that are in distress and they want to sell their home.

Now for me personally I don't like to deal with banks.

I mean I have but I don't really like to.

I would rather talk to a homeowner who is actually losing their home.

Try to help them figure out a way to stay in the home if they can.

And I get I don't make any money doing it that way but I sell a lot of really good seeds.

Or I'd like to try to figure out a way I could buy their house from them and help them to get a fresh start.

So the next several videos are going to be about how to find homeowners in distress

that are willing to sell you their property.
