your girl, Sydney. Happy October, happy almost end of October. Happy one week till Halloween night, though.

I mean, it happened so fast, but we have had such a long, great, wonderful month. And I am so excited to talk about the movie that we're talking about today because we are getting back into movies that really just encompass the Halloween spirit. Our last couple were like, okay, there's like a Halloween party, but these next few really revolve around Halloween. And, oh, before I get

into that, if you guys can see my little Devil's Rejects poster I have here, if you're watching the

video episode, I got this when I went to the screening that Rob and Cherry were at, and these are signed.

Can you see that on the bottom? They're signed by Rob and Cherry. So this is like my favorite thing I've

ever owned and it's just sitting here because I have to get it framed and I also have to figure

out where I want to put it here on the wall because it deserves to be on the main wall because

it's fucking amazing. Anyway, so today we're talking about a movie that I believe is a quintessential

80s movie and I find it to be very underrated.

And I will admit, this is actually a franchise. I've never seen the second or third movie.

I think there's only three. There might be a fourth, but I'm pretty sure there's only three.

But I have never actually seen the second or third movie. But the first one is a yearly rewatch for me because, again, it just really

encompasses the Halloween spirit to me. It just has this 80s camp vibe to it. There are these

like 80s one liners in it that are absolutely fucking impeccable. And I feel like we've really

gotten away from that. Like these really just 80s one liners. And you'll see what I'm

talking about when I get into this because I am going to tell you all of the good ones. But Night of the

Demons came out in 1988 and its runtime is about an hour and 30 minutes, so it's pretty quick. It has a 6.1

on IMDB and a 56% on Rotten Tomatoes,

which the 6.1 on IMDB, honestly, pretty damn good for a horror movie, especially like an 80s

campy, really silly horror movie like this, because this one is, it's kind of out there at times.
