| 1:01.6 | and he spent part of his childhood in Kenya. He got a BA degree in psychology and an MBA from |
| 1:07.3 | Cardiff University. He wrote several successful nonfiction books, and then he decided |
| 1:12.1 | that his real interest was in the history of the 15th and 16th century, and now his focus |
| 1:17.6 | is on writing historical fiction about the lives of the key figures of medieval history. His |
| 1:22.3 | Tudor trilogy, which starts with the book Owen and traces Owen, Jasper, and then Henry Tudor. It's become an |
| 1:29.3 | international bestseller and he is in regular demand as a guest speaker about the lives |
| 1:33.6 | of the early tutors. He was a finalist in the 2017 Amazon Storyteller Awards and is listed |
| 1:39.5 | 130th in the 2018 top 200 list of the most influential authors. |
