How does God speak? Who is Jesus? In this episode, Emma Dotter shares what God taught her when she spent some time reflecting on Hebrews 1 at a Watermark staff meeting.

0:31.5 | chapter personally, I just started making some observations asking, what do I notice? And I noticed in verses 1 through 3, |
0:39.5 | there's this question being answered. And that question is, how does God speak? And so in verses |
0:43.9 | one and two, how God speaks in the past through prophets many times in many ways. And then through |
0:51.8 | the prophets, plural, God moves from speaking through them to speaking |
0:55.7 | through Christ, singular. God, who created the universe now speaks. And I was reminded of John |
1:04.5 | 1. In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God. He was in |
1:10.0 | the beginning with God. Through him, all things were made, and the word was God. He was in the beginning with God. |
1:11.8 | Through him, all things were made. |
1:13.9 | And without him, nothing has been made that was made. |
1:16.6 | I mean, in the beginning, God spoke and things started existing. |
