We're going to spend no time wasted on introductions.

There's an article that we published yesterday

that's about the new Siri icon location,

which our headline suggests

could hint at the touchscreen home location in Apple's

rumored iPhone 8.

Yeah, this is something interesting that we found testing out iOS 11 beta.

Sometimes you'll find hints of future things coming

uh... sometimes they pan out sometimes they don't i know there's been evidence for

few years of a quote unquote dark mode in iowa s that hasn't come to be

uh... but this is one that considering all the rumors that we have about the

iPhone 8 ditching the home button is pretty interesting to me. Basically we found while testing on an iPhone 7

plus doing a Siri command to invoke the new do not disturb while driving feature.

Siri kind of changes icon from its normal sylon back and forth light that shows up to a circular one that actually

looks like kind of the roughly the same size as a home button would be on the bottom of the screen, but rather obviously than being where the home button is, it's actually on the display.
