Summary

In this episode, I'm trying something slightly different. Rather than taking three questions, I'm taking one and using it as a jumping off point to go in-dept into topics related to the question. Sort of combining the deep-dive and Q&A formats. I'm going to try this for a few weeks and then ask for your opinions. Today's episode is all about C-PTSD or complex post-traumatic stress disorder.

1:16.3

an experiment here so what I want to do is change the format of the show a little bit. The podcast has been growing quite a bit and with that I'm looking for ways to sort of optimize and make things even better.

1:29.2

Part of that is optimizing my time, part of that is optimizing how well the podcast will be found by other people,

1:36.1

all sorts of stuff that I'm thinking about. So I'm trying a little experiment here and what I'd

1:40.0

like to do is try doing one question per episode instead of three and then changing my

1:45.8

approach a little bit to really give that one question a lot of time and

1:49.0

attention and kind of do a bit of a deep dive into that question as a prompt, you know, not just answering the question but also using it as a jumping off point to discuss related topics, defined terms, all sorts of stuff like that.

2:02.0

So what I want to do is I want to try this for a few weeks. defined terms, all sorts of stuff like that.

2:02.9

So what I want to do is I want to try this for a few weeks,
