qualifications and the differences between them. I want to help you succeed in therapy. So I'm

going to give you a couple ideas of how to make the most of it, what to expect your first

session. I want to give you the questions to ask therapists as you're shopping around and really

speak to the fact that you do kind of have to shop around just because of the way mental health

receive out there. First of all, counseling and coaching are two different things. So from a very

straightforward perspective, counseling is a profession that requires a license. You have to have at least a master's

degree. You have to pass a rigorous test. You have to earn thousands and thousands of hours of

supervision and training. You have ongoing checks and balances
